Very good Continental Breakfast. Best part is that hotel employed specially able persons in the staff. support staff was helpful

the property location is good. close to center and other important places

the property is not worth the money. old property and expensive. where as other portals like clear trip was offering at 50% of price offered by Booking.com. very disappointed

Good hotel, good service, good food

The location of this place is very central and the surrounding area is good. There's a big mall bang opposite and, many restaurants and bars are nearby. Our room was spacious, clean and well maintained. The bathroom was also clean and well kept. The bed was comfortable and we all had decent sleep. The breakfast was very good - decent variety, lots of freshly prepared options and everything was tasty. Special mention for local Indori items like poha and pakodas. The service was also pretty good - smiling and helpful.

The extra bed could have been a little more comfy.

Room was great. Friendly staff. Good food. Good transport options. Excellent value overall.

Some issues at check-out trying to overcharge late check-out. Very small bathroom. Breakfast service inefficient.

pool table is only accessible to over 21 year olds !!! who makes these rules I was with my 19 year old son and we couldnt play a game.....

Good stay but could have been much better.

Breakfast was very nice with plenty of choices. The breakfast staff was very humble and attentive. May be the citrus area can be made a little bigger so the spread can be proper. That way it wont feel crowded.

My room selection was specific, but the staff missed it and provided a wrong room. We have to move. These things are pain when you reach hotel during 1am as it was for us. Secondly, I do not like the available coffee/tea options in the room. No one wants to call reception for milk sechet / tea bags. I do not think people will steal them away if such things are kept extra. Thirdly, Shampoo, slippers, dustbin bags were missing. And finally, they only provided 1 key card. That was the whole reason I wasn't able to move out of hotel at second night as I may have to wake up my elderly father to get in the room. Silly policy.

Absolutely true to the quality one would expect from the brand Lemon Tree

The ambience was excellent. The staff is amazing. The rooms and overall ambience is very plush.

The view from most of the rooms isn't great due to the location of the hotel.
